IM Lock Stitch Services Ltd (IMLSS Ltd) Data Protection Policy

1. The only data to be held by IMLSS Ltd will be that required to perform the operational aspects of running the company in accordance with its articles of association.
2. Data will be used only for the prescribed purpose for which it was collected.
3. IMLSS LTD will never make, any personal data which it may hold available to third parties, nor will it share such data with a partner, associate, or other Organisation.
4. IMLSS LTD will not obtain personal data from data agencies or other third parties.
5. Only data directly made available to IMLSS LTD from its Customers or Vendors will be kept by IMLSS LTD. All such data will be held for Tax & Accounting purposes only, as require under English Law.
6. IMLSS LTD identifies it Managing Director as the ‘Data Protection Officer’ and the ‘Controller’ of all data.
7. All electronic data, communications and databases are stored on the IMLSS LTD Operational Headquarters Admin laptop and backed up on the IMLSS LTD external hard drive.
8. All hardcopy data, such as (but not limited to); Contractual agreements, Correspondence, and Financial data (invoices and expense receipts etc.) will be held in a secure location at the IMLSS LTD Operational Headquarters
9. For audit purposes, all data will be kept for a minimum of Three (3) years after its effective date after which all hard and electronic copy data will be securely destroyed.
10. Customer and Vendor Personal data shall be limited to;
    1. Name
    2. Address
    3. Telephone Number
    4. Email address
    5. A record of the financial transaction.
    6. A record of work performed on the Customer’s sewing machine.
11. Any Individuals may request, at any time;
    1. To be added to the IMLSS Ltd data records,
    2. Their personal details to be removed from the IMLSS Ltd data records,
    3. For a copy of any data records held about them by IM LSS Ltd.
